123ERAmakelaar started in 2009 at the former Stork site in Amsterdam North. Founder Ramon Brouwer was added to the project team by the new owner of the site who was working on the redevelopment. 123makelaar provided advice on new uses, finishing levels, rental prices, and solutions for tax issues. Despite the financial crisis, the first tenants quickly signed up, including Café-Restaurant Stork and a ROC. The site evolved into a successful, creative hotspot. Like the rest of North Amsterdam, this area is bustling and becoming increasingly popular.
Over the years, due to continuous growth, 123ERAmakelaar has relocated twice within the site. Since 2013, we have been located at Gedempt Hamerkanaal 89, an office where the industrial and creative character of the site is clearly reflected in the interior. In 2013, the collaboration with Joep Bangert began, a well-known figure in the Amsterdam real estate world who remains closely involved as an advisor.
