Joep has been well known in the Amsterdam real estate world for decades. Because of his experience, knowledge and skill, he has many loyal customers, some of whom have returned to him for over forty years. He was one of the first to complete the Master of Real Estate (MRE) in the 1980s. It is with good reason that he is called “the professor” In the market,. Joep always proceeds with care and treats each transaction as if it were his own. He specializes in corporate real estate, investment purchases and sales, and real estate auctions. He most enjoys working with young people to train them to become brokers or appraisers. Joep claims he’ll only stop when he’s no longer allowed to come into the office.
