Our office is located at Gedempt Hamerkanaal 89, right in the heart of the creative and vibrant Hamerkwartier in Amsterdam-Noord. Here, you’ll work alongside an enthusiastic and experienced team in an informal yet professional environment, one that offers room for growth, a positive atmosphere, and strong teamwork. Together with another back office colleague, you’ll be responsible for managing the entire internal organization of 123ERAmakelaar.

What will your role look like as our new Commercial Back Office Real Estate Employee?

  • Customer communication: You are the first point of contact for clients and partners, whether they call, email, or drop by the office. You answer their questions in a friendly and professional manner at all times.
  • Administrative support: Whether it’s scheduling appointments, managing the calendar, or keeping the inbox organized, you keep everything clear, structured, and under control.
  • Support in the sales and purchase process: From preparing viewings to gathering all essential information, such as property records and inspections, you make sure everything is in place. You draft, process, and send contracts, agreements, and invoices with care and precision. On top of that, you actively contribute ideas to improve our processes and play a role in the commercial growth of our office.
  • Marketing and promotion: You ensure that our property listings are always up to date, with engaging descriptions and high-quality photos across all our channels.
  • Facilities: You manage office supplies and ensure that the workspace always looks professional and stays well-organized.

What qualifications and skills do you need to become our Back Office Real Estate Employee

  • You are fluent in Dutch, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • A degree at MBO+ or HBO level.
  • A strong interest in real estate, combined with some relevant experience, is essential.
  • Ervaring met het Office-pakket, vooral Excel en Word.
  • Fast and accurate typing? No problem for you.
  • You live in or near Amsterdam.
  • Experience with Realworks? That’s a great plus!

  • You have strong communication skills, whether you’re speaking with clients or writing documents.
  • You are naturally client-oriented. You understand what clients need and are committed to delivering the best service.

  • You’re a true team player. You help wherever you can and contribute to a positive team atmosphere.
